It was the first time doing this CrossFit Benchmark as a CFSP WOD. If you’re not familiar with Eva, think “Helen on Steroids” and you might start to get an idea of what you’re in for. Or, you can look back and remember that this is the WOD that nearly killed Skinny… luckily everyone survived on Monday!
