Fran has to be the most well-known of all CrossFit Benchmarks. This WOD is simple, but brutal.

Major kudos to Chris L. for scaling up to a “Fat Fran” with 135 lb Thrusters!

WOD
“Fran”
For time, 21 – 15 – 9 reps of:

  • Thrusters (95 / 65)
  • Kipping Pullups

Finisher: Partner Medicine Ball Situps – 3×15

    This is the 4th time that I have done Fran at CFSP (it was actually the first WOD I ever did at the box).
    Here are my times/progress (not to brag, but to thank Wil and Eric for my improved fitness!)

    20100205- 6:24

    I want to break 5:00 by the end of the year!
